The location was perfect, just a short walk from the National Mall and Union Station. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Plus, the free breakfast, although modest, was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hostel for its great value and convenient location.

Suggestion: Replace painting facing TV with a big mirror in the ground floor living room for better TV viewing.

We were initially concerned about the room arrangement for our school group, but Duo Housing went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They ensured all our male students were in one dorm room and all the female students were properly assigned to two separate dorms. The staff was helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hostel for its dedication to meeting the needs of its guests.
