We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to downtown and convenient for exploring the area. It was great being on the first floor, and the beds were so comfortable. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was really nice.

This hotel is a bit older but well kept, with a great downtown location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff is friendly and professional, easily accommodating changes to our reservation.

They allowed us to check in early and made sure our room met our needs. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was excellent, especially with the early start time. the location of the hotel was also excellent, making it easy to visit nearby attractions.

It was super convenient for seeing all the area sights while staying in Custer. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The parking was ample, and I had no trouble finding a spot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The grab and go breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the swimming pool was large and enclosed, making it a peaceful place to relax without any noisy disturbances.
