The city and mountain views were amazing. the room was spotless and had no carpet, which was a relief. Loved feeling safe with the outdoor security measures in place. the sunset from the balcony was stunning.

The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the neighboring room, including them smoking pot all night, making our room smell. the beds were uncomfortable, and the remote barely worked.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. the location was perfect, close to dining and shopping. the room, though small, suited our family well. the staff was accommodating and the views of the Blue Ridge Smokey Mountains were breathtaking. the price was affordable, and we appreciated the cleanliness and attentive housekeeping. It was a peaceful and private stay, with the added bonus of being able to bring our dog along.
