I recently stayed at the Geyser Inn for a weekend getaway. The room was impeccably clean and the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. I also appreciated that the clock radio had the correct time. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently close to Yellowstone and situated in a safe neighborhood. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Geyser Inn.

Extremely happy with their customer service. Diana Mascorro, the manager, was the friendliest person I encountered during my trip. She genuinely cared about my experience and offered helpful advice on nearby attractions. The Inn's location is ideal, just minutes away from Yellowstone National Park. The rooms may be small but are clean and comfortable. Although there are some minor drawbacks, the exceptional customer service makes up for it. I highly recommend this Inn.

I absolutely loved the cozy, old-timey western town that the hotel is located in. The friendly locals made me feel right at home. The rooms were inviting and spotlessly clean, with a large and bright bathroom. As a light sleeper, I appreciated having double beds with memory foam and a smaller room. The TV was positioned further away from the beds than most motels, which was perfect for me. It didn't feel too close, and the volume seemed lower, allowing me to sleep peacefully. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, as it was close to both Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks. The nearby town of West Yellowstone was filled with accommodating and friendly people. The staff at the inn were also very helpful and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the light breakfast provided before heading out to explore the parks. The bed was comfortable, and the inn itself was surprisingly quiet. The simple but nice decorations, like the driftwood lamp and the little deer night lamp, added a nice touch.

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. the manager went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and was genuinely interested in their experience. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, being very close to the entrance of the national park and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable memory foam beds added to the overall positive experience.

One major downside was the lack of facilities at the hotel. It was very bare bones with no amenities such as a breakfast bar or mini refrigerator in the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Yellowstone National Park and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just minutes away from one of the park entrances. The manager, Diana Mascorro, was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The only downside was that the air conditioner stopped working on my second night, so the room got a bit warm. However, the overall experience was still positive.

From the moment we arrived, Idania and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The linens and comfortable beds were mind-blowing, and the rooms were super clean and quiet. The location right off the main avenue was jaw-dropping, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The soft bed was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness throughout was top-notch, except for the ratty elevator carpet, which could be a safety issue. The breakfast guy was friendly, helpful, and on top of cleaning the tables and microwave after each use. the experience was fantastic with excellent Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, a convenient leisure/TV room, a lift, a dryer. Plus, the air conditioning and no smoking policy were a definite bonus. I'd definitely go back!
