Paint needs refreshing, threadbare towels and minimal amenities, dirty door and door frame, raw wood on the vanity, no iron and only one washcloth for two people. The hotel provided a warm and comfortable space to rest, although it lacked certain amenities and needed some maintenance and updates.

The Wi-Fi was quick and there was a good supply of hot and cold water. Finding the hotel without GPS was a bit of a challenge, but it is conveniently located near The Waffle House. There was a restaurant and gas station/convenience store within 100 yards/meters of the hotel, and more dining options and shops were just a short drive away. The location near the I-475 freeway made it easy to access other areas in the greater Toledo area. our stay was enjoyable and we found the hotel to be just as good as newer, more expensive options.

The wifi was practically non-existent, even though they provided an access code. And to top it off, there was no body wash in the shower, just an empty container.

Despite being close to the interstate, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay overall.
