The Edge Hotel in Washington Heights was a fantastic surprise. The convenient location made it easy to navigate the city and it was very close to subway access. This was especially helpful for me as I had a family member hospitalized at a nearby hospital. Despite being a boutique hotel, the amenities packed a wallop! The rooms were super clean, albeit rather small, but perfect for my 5-night stay. The staff was wonderful and the basic amenities provided were just what I needed.

Breakfast could use some care.

The hotel provided excellent customer service and was located in a convenient area. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and they even went above and beyond to send us a forgotten item. Additionally, the room had a stunning view, adding to our overall experience.

One downside was that the coffee ran out frequently in the morning without being refilled promptly. This made it inconvenient for guests who wanted a cup of coffee.

I really got my money's worth at Edge Hotel. The room was spotless, well-designed, and had a fantastic view from the 7th floor. The location was perfect, just a block away from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could use some improvement. The food and coffee ran out quickly, leaving me without any options by 9:15am.

There were some downsides to my experience at this hotel. The walls were incredibly thin, and I could constantly hear my neighbor slamming their doors every 10 minutes, which was quite bothersome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was very affordable and the hotel was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the subway. Additionally, I really enjoyed the breakfast offered, it had a great variety of options to choose from.
