Attended a show at Fox Theatre and stayed at Element for a relaxing night after. Upgraded to a spacious room, exceptionally clean with a balcony to chill. Free bikes for exploring town, friendly staff, and complimentary continental breakfast cooked fresh by a chef. Bar and restaurant with reasonable prices, surrounded by food options. An amazing surprise!

Would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - so convenient for exploring the city and attending events. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious vegan breakfast options available.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the garage parking, which appeared a bit confusing initially. But overall, everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit and granola. the location was perfect, and we had amazing views of the city from our room. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

We had a terrible check-in experience where our room wasn't ready until much later than expected, even though we had paid for an extra night. the staff seemed annoyed and unhelpful, and the sofa in our room was in terrible condition.
