The location was perfect with lots of shops and a food market nearby. The room was small but worked well for our small family. The contactless check-in process was efficient and convenient. Clean linens were provided in a bag outside our door. Comfortable and clean room for resting after outdoor activities. Within walking distance to quaint downtown area. Friendly hosts provided good advice on things to do and places to eat.

Laconia Motorcycle Week was soooo quiet and peaceful, I could sleep like a baby. Future projects include a 2-bedroom house, because clearly we need more space for all the tranquility.

The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided us with helpful advice on local attractions and dining options. we felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay.

Mind-blowing location within easy walking distance to cute downtown, restaurants, and stores. Super updated hotel with comfortable beds, new bathroom, and mini amenities. Owners were friendly and accommodating, offering a riverside firepit and BBQ grill. Pool and games room were nice additions. Jaw-dropping service with no charge for a broken item.

The location was perfect for our outdoor adventures, with hiking trails and beautiful rivers nearby. The kids absolutely loved swimming in the rivers and splashing around. We also took advantage of the games room at the property, which kept them entertained for hours. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The access to the Pemigewesset River right on-site was a bonus, providing a peaceful spot for some relaxation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to many attractions but still in a peaceful area. the recently updated rooms were beautiful, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We also loved the brand new pool and the fact that the hotel was right by the river. the owners were very accommodating, and the price of the room was very affordable. We would definitely stay here again.

The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, but it didn't bother us too much. it was a great room for a great price, and we had a wonderful experience during our city break.
