I thought I woudl receive a special welcome, but instead, I found a room where a painting had been ripped off the wall, and the desk clerk, seemingly too busy, had me fix my reservation online myself! Also, the breakfast service was chaotic and far from pleasant. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
