I had a terrible experience with the room swap at check-in!!! A king room for three people was insufficient, and no linens for the pull-out sofa!!!

I was in town to visit the University of Iowa campus and found the accommodations to be quite spacious and clean, with an excellent breakfast featuring made-to-order options. It was a perfect spot to stay, as it was just a short walk to the downtown area and the university. The only downside was the parking situation, which could have been communicated more clearly upon arrival.

Chur, mate! The breakfast was tops, but the parking was a total mission. Felt like searching for a needle in a haystack, sweet as rooms though!

The room was pretty spacious and clean, which I liked. The beds were really comfy, and having a mini-kitchen was a nice bonus. There was a pull-out sofa, but they didn’t leave linens for it, which was kind of a bummer. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but a few more details could've made it better.
