The staff were super helpful and organized, and we got a room change from a stainy carpet tiny double bed setting to a much nicer room facing the istiklal street. We enjoyed the fantastic massage, Turkish bath, and jaz music evening at the restaurant. the breakfast had a good variety, but the room's small size didn't match the photos online and made the place feel cramped. 🌇

The hotel's location just behind Istiklal Street was convenient, and staff members Alhan, Kadir, and Ramadan were very helpful in organizing a room change for us. the spa package including a hammam and massage was fantastic. the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast quality could be improved for a better stay experience.

Great location for exploring the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed the free use of the steam room and sauna. I would recommend this hotel.

We also enjoyed the facilities, particularly the nicely decorated pool area that had an artificial sky. the location was very convenient, close to restaurants and a short walk to the metro.

The cleanliness of the towels and linens wasn't up to our standard. Several of them had stains that seemed permanent, and some of the towels that were left on the bathroom floor ended up being hung back up still damp.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, as everything I needed was here in this area, with many attractions and markets nearby. The room service was exceptional, with daily cleaning and great attention to detail. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The amenities were fantastic, and I especially loved the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary features such as air conditioning, a mini-bar and a safe.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is also near the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although basic, is satisfactory. Additionally, there are spa facilities available, providing a relaxing experience for guests.

Some guests have experienced stains on the bed sheets, which can be off-putting.
