I had a fantastic stay here. the hotel was modernized, secure, and the staff was superb. the breakfast choices were great, with a nice variety and a lovely drink station with flavored water. the room was spacious, clean, and they even left treats for my daughter as a birthday surprise. Additionally, they provided a shuttle to the sister hotel for swimming since the pool was closed.

No negatives to mention.

Element is located in midtown, featuring a fresh, quiet room with a comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown attractions and many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and valet parking add to the pleasant stay experience.

I keep coming back for my city break. First stay, staff helped with bags. Rooms have Free Wi, Fi, Air conditioning, Cookware. 24, hour reception, Bar/ Lounge, Restaurant, Fitness centre. Non, smoking rooms, Pets allowed. Never disappointed, always a great stay.

During our weekend getaway, we thoroughly enjoyed the vast breakfast options and the modern, secure environment. the spacious and immaculate room was a delightful surprise, especially with the thoughtful treats left for my daughter's birthday. the hotel's gesture of arranging a shuttle to their partner property for swimming was exceptional. Close to attractions, yet without hectic traffic, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat. the friendly staff, coupled with great amenities, made our stay exceptional. 100% recommend this hotel.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, providing directions to nearby venues. Well-maintained property with a clean and inviting lobby. I loved the breakfasts at Element St. Louis Midtown - a full menu with great coffee, perfect for those on a budget. The staff was super friendly and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The valet parking was very convenient. The mini kitchen area in the room was a great amenity, equipped with a sink, toaster, dishes, and a fridge. The updated bathroom and bedroom decor added a nice touch.

The Christmas stay at this hotel was incredible. the staff was the best part of the experience, always friendly and helpful. the room had an awesome design and was very clean. the housekeeping lady was very funny and made us feel right at home. the location was perfect for us and it was easy to get around. Two things we loved were the rooftop bar and the pool, which, even though we couldn't use it because of the cold and rain, we definitely appreciated the hotel's attention to safety.

That parking was only valet, which was a bit pricey, and we didn't use it much because we ended up walking or taking Ubers instead. we could hear the person above us stomping around in the morning, but as it was out of the hotel's control, it didn't affect our stay that much.
