The Midtown location of Element was perfect for our needs, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the valet parking service was efficient and convenient, adding to the overall positive experience.

Check-in was shaky, with attempts to upgrade me to a room without a kitchen. the rooftop bar lacked fans and was uncomfortably hot.

We enjoyed the convenient location near downtown. Clean rooms with a perfect workspace. Pleasant staff and complimentary valet parking, a bonus point. the hotel provides easy access to restaurants and a wonderful Whole Foods Market.

We loved our stay here! The location cannot be beat, it's so convenient being close to the airport. The staff were always friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was well-appointed and the added bonus of a seating area made it feel even more luxurious. We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool and bar, it was absolutely stunning up there. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options that even included gluten-free bagels and muffins. We ate at the onsite restaurant and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The room was spacious enough and had comfortable seating for leisure and work. the breakfast menu had a variety of options including gluten-free items. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar with a great view.

The house cleaning service needs improvement. We had to call for more towels as there were not enough for the number of guests in our room.
