My recent stay at Element was wonderful. I stayed for three nights for a work trip. the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, making my stay comfortable. Access to freeways was easy, which was convenient for exploring. One delightful highlight was seeing a little bird in the flowers by the entrance, adding a charming touch to the ambiance. Additionally, the breakfast selection was good, although one morning there was a slight delay in coffee replenishment.

Do recommend this hotel.

I keep returning for the warm staff who allowed early check-in on my first stay. Free parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor pool make it perfect for me. Coming back for New Year.

The noise from the adjacent freeway was really disturbing, and the hotel provided ear-plugs. the smoke alarm was poorly positioned above the bed and had a bright flashing light which disturbed my sleep.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to all the stores but far enough from them to avoid mall traffic. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is also well-maintained and offers all necessary amenities. The service is satisfactory, with the staff responding promptly to requests and providing assistance. Moreover, the made-to-order self-serve coffee/espresso machine in the lobby is a great facility.

The flashing smoke alarm light above the bed is extremely bright and disturbing, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
