Had a cozy stay with clean rooms, comfy beds, and fresh linens. Perfect location just a short drive from Traverse City. Loved having a spacious refrigerator in the room for convenience.

Experienced some noise disturbances and cleanliness issues. Staff didn't always provide daily cleaning, towels, or fix appliance malfunctions promptly.

We were pleased with the very friendly staff who quickly addressed any issues we encountered during our stay. the private beach was a lovely addition to our experience. Additionally, the hotel offered very clean rooms with nice beds and linens. Its good location provided easy access to Traverse City and Torch Lake, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious refrigerator in our room.

Nice area close to the lake, good restaurants nearby, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are pretty clean with comfortable beds, a small fridge, a microwave, and a TV. You can enjoy some gas grills and tables in a park-like setting across from the rooms. Also, there is a small sandy beach nearby.

One of the amenities is missing which makes your stay less comfortable.

Great weekend stay! the rooms were very clean and we appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was perfect for us, close to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and the friendly staff.

The hotel could use some improvement. the facility itself was a bit outdated and some areas were in need of renovations.
