Nothing, it is perfect.

The suite I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. It had two separate rooms, which was great for privacy. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and a parking garage, making it easy to access and find parking. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were issues with room assignments, as my family and I were initially given occupied or uncleaned rooms. The staff did eventually resolve the issue, but the lack of communication and the delay in finding a suitable room was frustrating.

The hotel's beautiful front, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nice pool made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and seating area were also great.

The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of downtown. You can easily find a restaurant nearby to enjoy the night. The hotel building looks gorgeous from outside. The room is spacious and clean.

One of the negative aspects of the hotel is that the front desk staff seems indifferent to the guests' needs or problems.

We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the fully equipped fitness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very nice and provided excellent service. The rooms were super big and clean, with sliding doors for easy access to the bathroom. The bartender made us feel welcome, and the shampoo and conditioner provided were of good quality and smelled great. The location was great, tucked away in the downtown area with good lighting for on street parking. The hotel facilities were great, including a delicious breakfast and a great pool. The staff was friendly and awesome.

As young seniors, we loved the convenience of not having to retrieve our vehicle during our stay. The valet parking fee was reasonable and allowed us to show our appreciation to hardworking staff. The room was clean, updated, and the beds were great. The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel felt like our own home, and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The beds were so comfortable and Joe at the front desk was amazing. We were in the car 10 hours with our small kids, and Joe was able to get us into our room 45 minutes early. The pool was wonderful, food choices around the hotel ideal, and zero noise at night. We will always stay here!

The breakfast surpassed all other hotels we've stayed at, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We will certainly be returning for our next vacation.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites downtown. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. My kids had a blast in the swimming pool, and I was pleased with the great exercise room. The sauna was a wonderful surprise. The hotel itself is very nice, and the employees were cheerful and helpful. Room service was convenient for our late arrival, as nearby restaurants were limited.

I highly recommend this hotel.
