The location is excellent, near UT campus, downtown restaurants, shops. The shuttle service is convenient with friendly drivers. The hotel has a well-maintained indoor pool and hot tub. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is fabulous. Having a refrigerator and microwave is a plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was perfect - easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. I loved being able to walk to Congress St to shop and even see the bats! The value for money was great, especially considering the complimentary cocktails during happy hour. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the made-to-order omelets were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The rooms were modern and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-maintained indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special shoutout to Casey, the outstanding desk clerk at check-in. We also greatly appreciated the convenience of the hotel transportation van, as parking in this city can be scarce.

During our recent stay at Embassy Suites, we had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to downtown Austin and the SoCo district. The rooms were spacious and clean, with separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a great selection of hot and cold items, including an omelet station. The valet parking service was quick and convenient, and the hotel offered a tip-based shuttle for added convenience. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Great value for families. The hotel's pet-friendly policy allowed us to bring our furry friend with us, which made our stay even better. The suite was clean and spacious, and the kids loved the cable and WiFi. The daily complimentary breakfast was a hit, too. I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites.
