The staff once helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. This place suits me perfectly with 24, hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and a 24, hour restaurant. It has everything I need for my business trips , from laundry to a fitness center and comfortable non, smoking rooms.

The spacious suites at Embassy Suites were clean, quiet, and equipped with a keycard safety feature, providing peace of mind when traveling with teenagers. the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the proximity to attractions like Alliance Theater and Fox Theater was convenient, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding area.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with a range of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fruit salad, and the staff even made omelets to order. The exercise room was also really great, with up-to-date equipment that made working out enjoyable. I especially loved the high-tech restrooms in the lobby - they were so convenient and made washing up really easy. The staff was also really helpful, especially Sean Lee who gave me great recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spending New Year's Eve at the hotel was a great decision! the entire building was very well-maintained and clean. the location was perfect as it was close to many attractions and activities. the free happy hour was definitely a highlight, with a variety of snacks and drinks available for guests to enjoy.

The breakfast was not consistent, with food running out frequently and being cold. communication and follow-up from staff could have been better.

The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, and the staff offered friendly service. The breakfast buffet was delectable with an omelette chef and plenty of selections! Additionally, parking was secure, and the amenities were advantageous.
