The rooftop bar and restaurant were wonderful, offering a fantastic view of downtown and the river walk. The staff, especially Koryee at the front desk, were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. Additionally, the hotel's location right on the river walk provided easy access to downtown Greenville, including Falls Park, an outdoor theater, rapids in the river, and numerous restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the location of this hotel, right on the Reedy River and close to all the restaurants in downtown. Being near the waterfalls was a beautiful bonus. The breakfast at the hotel was spectacular, and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, was very helpful and nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the River in downtown Greenville. The location was perfect for exploring the charming Main Street and enjoying the beautiful views of the river. The rooms were comfortable and I especially loved the balcony overlooking the river - a great spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious made-to-order omelets that were an absolute treat.

The hotel could improve on their air conditioning system.

This hotel is in a great downtown location along a beautiful river with waterfalls. The spacious rooms come with balconies that overlook the river, and the showers are nice. The included breakfast has made-to-order omelets that are absolutely delicious.

Best location for exploring the city! Loved being right on the river and close to downtown. the view from the balcony was amazing and the staff was super friendly. the fitness room was small but enough for a quick workout. Free breakfast and evening reception were a nice touch.

Only downside was not getting the room we reserved. the hotel staff tried to cover it up with excuses, which was a disappointment.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown Greenville. We found plenty of vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants within walking distance.

We recently discovered this hotel in downtown Greenville and it has quickly become our go-to spot. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the river and within walking distance to all the best restaurants and attractions. The rooms are very clean and super spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk, and we loved gathering with our friends on the rooftop bar.

All was great, no complaints or suggestions for improvement.
