We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. the staff, especially Ms. Forbes at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She upgraded our room as an anniversary gift and took care of us throughout our visit. the location of the hotel is great, with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were really cozy. the check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. we highly recommend Holiday Inn for a fantastic stay in Orlando.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the Vineland Outlets. It's a shopaholic's dream! Plus, there are plenty of restaurants in the area to satisfy any craving. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a quiet retreat after a long day of exploring. I was also impressed with the attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The free parking and decent free wifi were certainly added bonuses.

The hotel could benefit from improving its housekeeping services. Daily room cleaning should be standard, without the need to request it every day.

the room was clean and comfortable, with blackout shades for a great night's sleep. the Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were convenient. the bathroom had a spacious shower and the work table had plenty of outlets and a USB port. the Grab and Go breakfast was a nice touch. the hotel's location was convenient, with Target, Publix, and the Outlet center close by. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the outdoor patio with a fire pit was a lovely spot to relax. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This will be our go-to hotel when we're in the area.

It was also conveniently located near I4 and international attractions, including Sea World and Disney. the price was reasonable and there were no extra parking or resort fees. the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool and outdoor patio were pleasant, and never crowded. my family and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! First of all, the location couldn't be better. It's super close to the outlet shops, so you can shop till you drop! And speaking of shopping, the fact that it's right next to a huge outlet center is a major plus. I loved being able to stroll over and find some great deals. And if you need anything else, there are plenty of shops close by too. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the fact that the room was cleaned thoroughly, and the bed was spotless. And finally, breakfast was a definite highlight. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast spread that had something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day. this hotel provided a great value for money, with its prime location, excellent service, clean rooms, and tasty breakfast.
