The hotel offered great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location of the hotel provided prime access to Seattle Bellevue without any traffic. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and the hotel had a nice view from the balcony.

Everything was okay and there is nothing in particular that needs improvement.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The 5th floor premium room was fantastic, with great extra amenities such as candy, water, chips, and pop, which saved us from having to buy snacks for our grandchild. The large supply of towels was excellent, allowing all four of us to have morning showers and swim in the evening. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The omelet station during breakfast was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast is varied and delicious. Staff are professional and helpful. The indoor pool is fun and families are accommodated. The lobby is elegant and welcoming. Free Wi-Fi works well.

Great hotel for a family Christmas trip. It was great being able to grab breakfast and snacks for the kids without having to worry about the added expenses. the hotel is situated in a lively area and we were able to take the kids out for a walk and stop at a nearby park. the location is also great for driving around and exploring the general Seattle area. One advantage we enjoyed was the hotel's pool, it was perfect for getting some energy out of our kids on Christmas day.

Although the hotel was perfect for a family Christmas trip, the atrium noise was definitely a downside. Even with earplugs it was hard falling asleep on the pullout for some family members.

The suites were clean and airy, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The free breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food and even customized omelettes. The fitness room was well equipped, and the hotel's location near the highway made it convenient for travel to Seattle. The Happy Hour was a nice treat, and the low lights in the evening added a touch of luxury. The elevators with windows were a hit with the kids.
