Could have stayed for weeks longer at Embassy Suites By Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. Great location, helpful staff, spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Loved the cook-to-order breakfast and enjoyable manager reception. Newly remodeled bathrooms by the pool were a nice touch. Sofa could be more comfortable.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile provided a clean and spacious room with beautiful views of downtown and Lake Michigan. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities met Hilton standards. The location was perfect for access to Navy Pier and the breakfast was a great perk.

Despite the overall positive experience, the reception staff's attitude was the only downside. The lack of friendliness and efficiency in handling room issues and package deliveries created a negative impact on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel's great location provided easy access to River Center East, where we enjoyed a fun family movie night, bowling, and a variety of delicious dining options. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the complimentary drinks at the bar, made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

My wife says that more outdoor space, like a rooftop area for families, would have been a great addition for children to enjoy some fresh air and outdoor activities.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit because it provides excellent events and conferences in the meeting room offered by the hotel. The business center and meeting space are perfect for corporate events.

I missed having access to an on-site dry cleaning or laundry service for my work attire during my stay.

We could easily walk to River Center East for movies and food. The free breakfast and evening reception were a lifesaver for hungry teens. Plus, the Whole Foods across the street saved us a bunch of times when we needed snacks.

The only thing I'd wish for is a hip rooftop hangout spot for young partygoers.

Incredible Atrium Garden: The atrium was a botanical wonderland, with 1,000 live plants adorning its walls. It felt like dining amidst a beautifully curated rainforest. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast and a picturesque start to the day.

the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! watching navy pier fireworks was a magical experience. Staff was wonderful. Room que for breakfast was a bit long though. 🌟definitely recommend this spot for families visiting chicago.

The location is superb, within walking distance to cafes, the subway line, and the magnificent mile for shopping and dining. the staff here are incredibly polite and accommodating, making it stand out compared to other places I've stayed at in Chicago. the room we had easily accommodated six people, a rare find. the free breakfast and happy hour were lovely bonuses, adding value to the stay.

One area for improvement could be the lackluster dinner reception options and the need for room updates. A more welcoming lighting ambiance could enhance the overall experience for guests.

Absolutely loved our recent stay! The central location was key - easy walk to Navy Pier, fantastic dining, and top-notch shopping spots. the breakfast buffet was a hit; we had a spacious suite with a sweet view from the 14th floor. Kids had a blast at the indoor pool, and I Zzz-ed so well thanks to the comfy bed and strong shower pressure. Just a tiny quibble: bathroom could use a lil' touch-up. 🌟
