Could have stayed for weeks longer at Embassy Suites By Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. Great location, helpful staff, spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Loved the cook-to-order breakfast and enjoyable manager reception. Newly remodeled bathrooms by the pool were a nice touch. Sofa could be more comfortable.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile provided a clean and spacious room with beautiful views of downtown and Lake Michigan. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities met Hilton standards. The location was perfect for access to Navy Pier and the breakfast was a great perk.

Despite the overall positive experience, the reception staff's attitude was the only downside. The lack of friendliness and efficiency in handling room issues and package deliveries created a negative impact on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel's great location provided easy access to River Center East, where we enjoyed a fun family movie night, bowling, and a variety of delicious dining options. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the complimentary drinks at the bar, made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

My wife says that more outdoor space, like a rooftop area for families, would have been a great addition for children to enjoy some fresh air and outdoor activities.

We could easily walk to River Center East for movies and food. The free breakfast and evening reception were a lifesaver for hungry teens. Plus, the Whole Foods across the street saved us a bunch of times when we needed snacks.

The only thing I'd wish for is a hip rooftop hangout spot for young partygoers.

Absolutely loved our recent stay! The central location was key - easy walk to Navy Pier, fantastic dining, and top-notch shopping spots. the breakfast buffet was a hit; we had a spacious suite with a sweet view from the 14th floor. Kids had a blast at the indoor pool, and I Zzz-ed so well thanks to the comfy bed and strong shower pressure. Just a tiny quibble: bathroom could use a lil' touch-up. 🌟

During my transit stay at Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile, I appreciated the convenient location within 2.4 km of Ogilvie Transportation Center, allowing me easy access for onward travel. the approximate 30 to 35-minute proximity to O'Hare International Airport and the hour-long journey to Midway International Airport by public transport made my travel logistics seamless.

I found the room cleaning policy slightly inconvenient as guests need to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. This minor aspect could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel on Michigan Ave with a stunning view of the skyline. The location was perfect, being close to several restaurants, and convenient to nearby attractions. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. We loved the happy hour in the evening, and the pool was comfortable.
