Amazing access to Chicago's must-see attractions and eateries

I absolutely loved that we were just a short, easy walk away from some of Chicago's best sights like Navy Pier and Millennium Park, plus there were tons of delicious restaurants like Niu Japanese Fusion Lounge and Volare less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel; the spacious rooms were a hit with my family too, giving us the right amount of space to wind down after a full day of exploring.

Breakfast options were fantastic. The elevators were frustratingly slow and often out of service.

Connected to River Center East - cinema, bowling, and places to grub. Had a blast with the squad! The views were fire, breakfast was fuel for our adventures, workout room got us pumped! Party paradise!

Just wished there was a rooftop bar for epic sunset vibes after a day of exploring.

The city view from room 808 was stunning, especially at night. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment, though it felt slightly dated. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cozy in the cold weather. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, with stained sheets and a dirty bathroom. The noise from neighboring guests disrupted our peace, making sleep challenging. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the chaos during peak hours was overwhelming. Staff were friendly but struggled to address issues like missing toiletries and unavailability of requested pillows. the room had potential but needed more attention to detail.

The breakfast was fantastic, although the parking was a bit confusing.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Happy hour snacks included two drinks each, which was a nice touch.

It wasn't inexpensive, but not overly pricey either.

The breakfast spread is delightful, with numerous options to choose from. The friendly staff adds to the overall pleasant experience, making it a worthwhile stay.

Loved the spacious family room setup & separate sleeping area; perfect for keeping the kids entertained without disturbing bedtime. The indoor swimming pool & buffet breakfast added to our relaxation. Just wish they paid more attention to room cleaning; found some missed spots that needed fixing. Overall, the central location, friendly staff, and great room amenities made our stay awesome! 🌟

Definitely not the relaxing getaway we hoped for!

While the staff was friendly and helpful, service fell short on housekeeping and maintenance—scratched linens, broken hooks, and malfunctioning showers. Long elevator waits added to the inconvenience. The location and amenities have potential, but attention to cleanliness and efficient service are essential for a comfortable stay. Improvements are necessary to match the expected standard.
