Zusätzlich dazu gibt es drei Swimmingpools, darunter ein Innenpool mit Blick auf den See.

Unerfreulicherweise gibt es in einigen Zimmer eine Lärmbelästigung von der dicht befahrenen Straße, die zwischen dem Hotel und dem See verläuft.

During my transit stay at Embassy Suites Chicago - Downtown River North, I appreciated the convenient location just 2 km from Ogilvie Transportation Center and only 150 meters from Grand, making it effortless to access the city's transport hubs and major attractions.

The suite provided a private bedroom, comfortable living room, and modern amenities that ensured a relaxing stay. the onsite restaurant, Osteria Via Stato, offered a delightful 3-course Italian meal and an enjoyable nightly manager's reception with complimentary snacks and beverages.

I did experience some noise disturbance during the night, even on the 9th floor. This was a minor inconvenience that slightly affected my overall rest.

I always return to this place for weekends. On my first stay, staff kindly helped return my documents. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and no smoking. All I need!

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites, I had a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, with plenty of hot options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the free mimosas and Bloody Mary's. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated with warm colors and comfortable seating areas, making it a cozy and inviting place for guests to relax. I especially appreciated the accessibility features for senior guests, such as well-lit hallways and easy-to-navigate layouts, which made it a breeze for me to move around and enjoy all the amenities.

I wish the children of the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests, particularly in ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.

We got great value for our money with the spacious room and included breakfast and happy hours. The location was convenient for all our sightseeing and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Traveling with my teenage granddaughter, we had a comfortable stay in the 2 rooms. The sofa bed in the living area provided privacy, while still allowing us to watch TV together and enjoy snacks. The excellent breakfast and afternoon snacks were a pleasant surprise, especially since many other chains have stopped offering these amenities. The friendly staff and convenient location near various dining options made it feel like home.
