I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Jeddah and had a great experience. The room was super cool and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I also found it convenient that the hotel is within walking distance to Arabian Mall, so I didn't have to worry about getting overcharged by taxi drivers. The check-in process was smooth and the hotel provided plenty of free water, which was a nice touch.

Despite these minor issues, I still enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Jeddah. The location was convenient, the reception team, especially Nouran, were friendly and helpful.

We found this hotel pretty near to the airport, which was perfect for our short stay. The service both at reception and in the room was excellent. They have good amenities such as free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and in-room breakfast service. We really appreciated the staff, especially in reception, who helped us during check-out. The leisure facilities on-site were fantastic, with a great spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, perfect for a relaxing stay. The sun terrace and rooftop pool were a great touch.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The location is ideal for those who need to catch a flight as it's near to the airport. The staff are super-friendly and attentive to every detail, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the facilities available at your fingertips. Also, the breakfast included is fantastic!

The hotel is in a strategic location, near both the airport and a shopping mall. The staff is friendly and attentive, and rooms are clean and well-maintained. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, American breakfast, and convenient valet parking.

Some guests reported issues with check-in and room assignments, as well noisy air conditioning and cigarette smoke in non-smoking floors.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The American breakfast served in the room was plentiful and perfect for two people. The staff, particularly the valet and Mr. Nawaf at the reception, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk manager, Sultana, went above and beyond by providing a free upgrade and a fruit platter. The hotel is beautiful, with new furniture, and the location is excellent. The restaurant on the tenth floor offers a fantastic view of the swimming pool and serves delicious food, including shisha.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

Great Hotel! the amenities provided were amazing. the comprehensive workout environment was definitely a plus. Complementary breakfast and bottled water made for great convenience. the fast room service was exceptional. the location was impeccable, with a large mall and the airport within close proximity.

The only negative aspect of the hotel was the table cleaning in the restaurant. Although they were acceptable, a little more cleaning would have gone a long way.
