I recently stayed at Embassy Suites By Hilton Cleveland Rockside and was impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included an omelette station where the chef was cheerful and engaged, which made our mornings delightful. The spacious suite was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the onsite amenities such as the indoor pool and fitness center, which added convenience to my stay.

Only one elevator was operational during my stay.

The spacious suite was equipped with a fridge and a cozy sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The carpeting in the common areas, particularly near the elevators, could use a thorough cleaning as it felt a bit dingy.

I experienced a concerning situation with noise and possible security issues in the parking lot. Also, the cleanliness of the room was not up to expectations, with the carpet needing attention and slight odors in the bathroom. My family's overall comfort was affected by the staff's lack of engagement, as we felt unwelcome during our interaction, making us uneasy during our stay.

The indoor pool area is quite inviting and offers a nice place to unwind after a long day. The breakfast spread is generous and includes a made-to-order omelette station that really stands out—it's a solid way to kickstart the day.

However, the carpet in both the rooms and common areas is in dire need of a deep clean, which is a letdown considering the overall atmosphere. Additionally, several amenities like linens for the pull-out beds were lacking, which left some guests scrambling. I also noticed that noise levels can skyrocket, especially with the activity from larger groups during peak times.

The indoor pool was relaxing. and the front desk was really helpful! Breakfast was plentiful, but the eggs could've been warmer.

Two out of three elevators were out of service, which made getting around a bit inconvenient.

The staff was super friendly! Chilled vibes at brekkie with a lekker omelette station. Got helped real quick when we had an issue with our room—big ups to that lady at the front desk!

But, ag man, the place could really do with some TLC—like, the carpets were a bit dingy.

the room was spacious for our family. and the breakfast spread was plentiful, even if the eggs were on the cooler side. the indoor pool area was inviting, and the happy hour staff were exceptional and friendly. definitely would stay here again for the location near great attractions.
