I experienced a concerning situation with noise and possible security issues in the parking lot. Also, the cleanliness of the room was not up to expectations, with the carpet needing attention and slight odors in the bathroom. My family's overall comfort was affected by the staff's lack of engagement, as we felt unwelcome during our interaction, making us uneasy during our stay.

Breakfast had a great omelette station with a super friendly chef. The noise from a hockey team late at night was bothersome.

The indoor pool was relaxing. and the front desk was really helpful! Breakfast was plentiful, but the eggs could've been warmer.

Two out of three elevators were out of service, which made getting around a bit inconvenient.

The ambiance was warm, making it great for family gatherings. The staff truly shone, particularly the breakfast team, who delivered an amazing buffet. Our room was tidy with a fresh scent, but late-night noise levels were bothersome due to hockey teams congregating. Nonetheless, a pleasant visit overall!

The location is quite convenient, making it easy to navigate the area. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the exceptional omelette station where the chef was friendly and engaging. However, the thermostat in the room malfunctioned, and despite notifying the front desk, there was no follow-up regarding maintenance. Additionally, the elevators were a bit slow, which added to the inconvenience during peak hours.

Just wished the bathroom could've been cleaner—found a used loofah and some empty bottles. Other than that, the staff seemed busy but nice enough. The bar area was chill, perfect for relaxing.

the room was spacious for our family. and the breakfast spread was plentiful, even if the eggs were on the cooler side. the indoor pool area was inviting, and the happy hour staff were exceptional and friendly. definitely would stay here again for the location near great attractions.
