I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Grapevine for five nights during a business trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness and quietness of the property made for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was simply delicious, and I could eat it all day. The room itself was enjoyable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff, especially the young man and woman at check-in, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also loved the free drinks during happy hour and the convenience of the airport shuttle. The location was perfect, with a Bass Pro Shop nearby and easy access to Grapevine Mills Mall. a fantastic hotel experience that I would highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

The hotel is located in a great area, and we found it to be very affordable. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the fact that the hotel had a private balcony, as it provided us with a great view of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the complimentary water at check-in & cocktails in the evenings, which was a nice touch.

All was fine, we had no complaints.

This hotel had the best location! It was so convenient to everything, including local restaurants, retail stores, and the Grapevine Mall. The parking was also great and made me feel secure. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and I loved the separate living room. The breakfast was amazing, with a made-to-order omelet, pancakes, fresh fruit, and more.

The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were fantastic. Also, the spacious room exceeded my expectations. Even though there were issues with the pool, I had a great stay overall.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We had a spacious room that was quiet and near the elevator but not too close. The beds were small but really comfy. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the dining area was clean and spacious. The location was convenient to everything and the free parking felt secure. We also enjoyed the cocktail reception in the evenings with an awesome bartender.

Conveniently located near a mall with plenty of activities and shopping. Free breakfast is made-to-order and buffet-style. Evening reception provides free drinks and snacks. Indoor pool is great for families. Starbucks on-site.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! Loved the beautiful lobby, recently renovated and stunning. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious living area and a cozy bedroom. the beds and pillows were super comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. the location was great, very close to the airport and convenient for exploring the area. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast provided, with a wide variety of options including hot dishes, pastries, yogurt, and fruit. It was a fantastic way to start the day. a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The only downside was the lack of restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. It was a bit challenging to find a place to eat nearby.

This hotel was conveniently located near everything in a good area. The value for money was great, especially considering the spacious rooms. During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the great value and location of the hotel. the facilities were nice and well, maintained. the complimentary manager's reception from 5, 7 pm was a highlight, offering free snacks and beverages for guests. Additionally, the large breakfast buffet with made, to, order omelets was a fantastic start to the day.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. the room had an unpleasant smell, possibly of dog or cat urine, which was quite off, putting.
