i had a fantastic stay in overland park during the holidays! the food was always great, especially the breakfast with made-to-order omelets, which brought back nostalgic memories. the lively atmosphere and friendly front desk team truly made my visit enjoyable.

the coffee maker in my room didn't work.

Enjoyed my handy ground floor suite, perfect for my pooch! The front desk team was lovely and welcoming, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

The hot tub was more lukewarm than warm, and waiting for drinks at reception? Let's just say I could've auditioned for a statue role.

Great made-to-order breakfast keeps you energized!

My experience was pretty frustrating. We endured a chaotic atmosphere due to kids running around all hours, which made it hard to relax. The air conditioning in our room was disturbingly loud, affecting our sleep, and having only one working elevator was a nightmare during peak busy times. While the hotel appeared decent, I've definitely had better stays at other Embassy Suites.

The staff at the desk were proper friendly and got me a sweet ground floor suite, which was tops for my dog. Brekkie was on another level with made-to-order omelets—seriously delicious! Loved the chill vibe around the place, especially the evening reception.

One thing though, the hot tub was a bit lukewarm, kinda made me wish for a nice soak after a long day.

The suite I stayed in had a lovely layout with separate living areas, which was great for my family. The made-to-order breakfast was impressive, especially the omelet station. I enjoyed the unique glass elevators that offered a nice view of the atrium. The evening reception provided nice drinks to unwind. Overall, it was a fun experience for celebrating my daughter's birthday!

Had a great time with friends! We explored local spots like Arrowhead Stadium and hit up Top Golf. Breakfast was a hit, especially the cooked-to-order omelets. The staff was super friendly, and the place was really clean. Perfect for a group vacation!

One downside was a group of kids being loud, especially at the pool during the evening. It was hard to unwind with all the noise. A suggestion would be to have some quiet hours for adults.

only issues were the check-in took forever and there were a lot of noisy kids runnin around, which kinda ruined the vibe at night.
