We had a great time during our romantic escape at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for the two of us. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from, giving us a great start to our day.

There were a few downsides to our experience. Firstly, the bar closed earlier than expected, limiting our options for evening drinks and relaxation.

The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area outside of the city, with easy access to the Louisville Slugger museum. The atrium area with fountain adds to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms were a plus. The variety of facilities, including a nice pool and exercise room, added to the overall value of the hotel.

The quality of breakfast was inconsistent, with some guests experiencing empty containers and dirty dishes.

The lobby and entrance area had nice decorations. The breakfast had a good variety of fruit and the chef was friendly and efficient with egg orders. However, the serving area could use more staff, there was no waffle station, and the juice machine was broken. Some of the breakfast staff seemed unhappy. The evening bar and restaurant had excellent service from the bartender and chef. The breakfast staff was also attentive and efficient. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful.

I must say, the value for money at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, giving us a perfect space to relax after a long day. The location was also convenient, with easy access to attractions and amenities nearby. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

As for the food for breakfast, I would suggest adding more variety to the options available.

Fantastic experience at Embassy Suites. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, always meeting our requests promptly. The made-to-order breakfasts were fantastic. The rooms were cozy, clean, and spacious. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable for both kids and adults. I highly recommend this hotel.
