I had a fantastic stay at the Ac Hotel in Downtown. My purpose of travel was to explore the city and I stayed for a few days. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious, modern and clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and close to the subway station. Additionally, the hotel had a swimming pool and gym available for guests, which was a great bonus. The value for money was exceptional and I will definitely be choosing this hotel again on my future visits to Chicago. If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars.

The hotel had a great location, just a few blocks from the main shopping street and lots of restaurants. the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious.

The pool was overcrowded, even though we had reserved a time slot. There was no check-in or temperature check at the pool, which made me feel uneasy.

We didn't have any issues with parking thanks to using rideshare services. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were cozy. The receptionists were friendly and provided helpful assistance throughout our stay.
