A Gem with Friendly Amenities and Service!

I had a pleasant one-night stay in a King Suite. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at check-in. Don’t miss the evening reception for a delightful start to your night! Be sure to confirm if renovations are complete for a fully polished experience.

Breakfast was a tasty adventure—though we got sidetracked by the long lines! The separate bedroom setup was a game-changer for our family stay, with ample space to relax after exploring the local eateries. The welcoming vibes made it feel like a second home.

Now, about that parking fee. I mean, $14 to park in a lot without any extra security? Plus, we had a sneaky shower that didn’t drain well.

My stay was marred by several disappointments. The bathroom in Room 421 was shabby, with a cracked sink and bathtub that made the experience feel less than comfortable. Additionally, the $14 daily parking fee felt excessive and a bit greedy for the value offered. I was particularly let down by the evening reception. it lacked variety and was not as welcoming as I had hoped.

This place was a bit of a letdown, eh? The carpets were manky as, and the breakfast lines were busy as. But the staff were real friendly and the location was sweet as.

This place was just a perfect match for short visits in Phoenix with incredible value for money. The breakfast was great, really generous and tasty! Make sure to check if they have covered parking during hot days.

Had a decent 4-night stay. The pool area was nice, but the AC in our room was noisy and the WiFi came at an extra charge. Overall, not what I hoped for.

Beautiful hotel, spacious suite with a great view of the pool, and delicious breakfast options with a wide variety of choices to start the day, conveniently located just 15 km from the airport.

The Two-Room Queen Suite with Balcony was spacious and comfy, perfect for our group. Loved the plant theme and the koi pond added a nice touch! Breakfast was a highlight—fresh omelets made to order were delicious. The rooms could use a bit of updating, especially the carpets and TV stands, but overall it was clean and cozy for our stay.

Loved the relaxing koi ponds and beautiful views everywhere. The evening Manager’s Reception was a nice touch with complimentary drinks. Location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. The clean, comfy rooms added to the whole vibe of the stay.
