We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we had a fantastic view of the valley and mountains from our bedroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we received prompt service when we requested additional towels.

The morning meal could be improved by ensuring a consistent supply of eggs, milk, and other breakfast items.

The swimming pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance during our visit, and the restaurant was also closed on Sunday. Additionally, the breakfast service was understaffed and couldn't keep up with the demand, which made it a bit chaotic.

The Embassy Suites in West Valley City is an ideal choice for business guests. The rooms are spacious with a nice-sized parking lot for convenience. The large 3-room suite offers impressive amenities including two massive TVs, great views from picture windows, and a comfortable living area. The hotel also features a well-equipped kitchenette and a large breakfast room. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with made-to-order omelettes, a variety of meats, breads, fruits, and pastries. Additionally, the friendly and accommodating staff provide excellent service.

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is friendly. The location was convenient as it was walking distance to the Green Line for easy travel downtown.

I loved the fact that I had access to room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services, making my stay even more comfortable. The room was fantastic, with great amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.
