The room was meticulously designed with amazing accessories and the best tub I've ever experienced. The bed was super comfortable and the treats and water bottles in every drawer were a nice touch. I also loved the many USB plugs and the mirror with a TV. The lighting in the room was perfect and the staff was incredibly organized and efficient.

I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the relaxing pool area and divine spa massages. The staff were extremely warm and helpful, available at any hour of the day. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location to nearby attractions such as the famous duck restaurant Da Dong.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. the staff was very service-oriented, making our stay enjoyable. the restaurant in the hotel was superb, both in terms of food and service.

The communication with some of the housekeeping and ancillary staff was a challenge as they did not understand English well. Additionally, we found that the food, laundry, and other services were quite expensive, which came as a surprise.

We stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience at Rosewood. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and even provided complimentary snacks for our dog. The room was lovely and the pool was the best in town. The hotel's facilities were superb, with a great blend of modern and traditional Chinese décor. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making our stay truly memorable.

The food quality is excellent, and the staff provide exceptional service. Rita from the front desk was warm and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out and use of the hotel facilities. The hotel also has a quiet atmosphere and arts books in the room.

Felt like being at home, with no reason to complain.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a great selection of books, giving it a personal touch. the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds were also impressive. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and there were several dining options available in the hotel.

The service standards at the hotel were lacking. There was no assistance with luggage during check-in or check-out, despite there being staff available.

We got great value for our money, the room was fantastic and the staff treated us like VIPs. The location was also convenient for exploring the city.
