The room was meticulously designed with amazing accessories and the best tub I've ever experienced. The bed was super comfortable and the treats and water bottles in every drawer were a nice touch. I also loved the many USB plugs and the mirror with a TV. The lighting in the room was perfect and the staff was incredibly organized and efficient.

The communication with some of the housekeeping and ancillary staff was a challenge as they did not understand English well. Additionally, we found that the food, laundry, and other services were quite expensive, which came as a surprise.

We stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience at Rosewood. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and even provided complimentary snacks for our dog. The room was lovely and the pool was the best in town. The hotel's facilities were superb, with a great blend of modern and traditional Chinese décor. The attention to detail is incredible, from the well-designed room to the amazing accessories. The hotel even gave guests mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The staff is skillful and organized, and the bed is comfortable. The room has plenty of USB plugs and thoughtful amenities like treats and water bottles in every drawer. I was in Beijing for a week for both business and leisure, and this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The contemporary oriental design of the hotel is stunning, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The rooms are spacious and the huge bathtubs are perfect for couples. The food and service at the hotel are impeccable, and I highly recommend the Mei bar for a memorable night out. Rosewood gets a 10/10 from me!
