I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a weekend trip and I'm glad I gave it a second chance. The staff was awesome, going above and beyond to make our stay stress-free. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelets made by the talented chef. The happy hour with its top shelf cocktails was a delightful surprise. a very nice hotel experience.

The staff at the reception desk were amazing and very helpful, ensuring that we had all the information we needed for our stay. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with fresh carpet, paint, and furnishings. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room, as well as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main highways and close proximity to all the NYE events, the cruise terminal, and the downtown area. It made our stay here even more convenient and enjoyable.

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites, I had a truly exceptional experience that I must share. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly desk clerk who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They even took the initiative to personally escort me to the elevator, which made me feel like a valued guest right from the start.

Comfy and clean rooms, cool upon arrival. Nice pool. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Dinner was good with prompt delivery and follow-up call.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, including the Town Center just around the corner. You can find another Embassy in the atrium area. The breakfast is exceptional with a great selection of food. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly and the room was rather warm.

This hotel really impressed me with its attention to detail and great service. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasant. Also, the breakfast included in our stay was exceptional and definitely worth waking up early for. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring both Brandon and Tampa areas.
