The hotel had great facilities, including a basketball court, tennis court, and shuffleboard. It was a blessing to have these outdoor activities available, especially during this time of year. The condo we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained. We loved the view of the lake from our room. The staff was very helpful and we plan to come back in the future.

We loved the convenient location on a peninsula, right on the lake. It was not far from downtown and had easy access to everything we needed in Hot Springs. As a family of six, we had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids particularly loved the activities available on-site, including the swimming pool, paddle boats, and tennis courts. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we enjoyed our meals on the roomy balcony with lovely views of the lake. The Wi-Fi worked well, and any issues were promptly addressed by the maintenance staff. we had a fantastic experience and would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Our family had a great time at Emerald Isle Resort. The spacious living quarters provided plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The pool and play areas were a hit with the kids, who had a blast playing all day. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay enjoyable. Although there were a few small inconveniences like a broken iron, disabled Jacuzzi, and lack of emergency contact information after 5pm, overall it was a good and enjoyable experience. We would consider coming back to this resort in the future.

The resort offered a wide range of activities, including basketball, tennis, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and ping pong. We had such a perfect family vacation and are already planning our next stay with our grandkids.

The activities provided kept us entertained and the staff at the front desk were kind and informative. The rooms were spacious and easily accommodated all six of us. The kitchen had all the basic items we needed, including a coffee pot with complimentary coffee.

It is worth mentioning that the cleanliness of the place could have been better. There were instances where we found trash behind and under furniture, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the resort.
