As a family of six, we had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids particularly loved the activities available on-site, including the swimming pool, paddle boats, and tennis courts. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we enjoyed our meals on the roomy balcony with lovely views of the lake. The Wi-Fi worked well, and any issues were promptly addressed by the maintenance staff. we had a fantastic experience and would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Our family had a great time at Emerald Isle Resort. The spacious living quarters provided plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The pool and play areas were a hit with the kids, who had a blast playing all day. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay enjoyable. Although there were a few small inconveniences like a broken iron, disabled Jacuzzi, and lack of emergency contact information after 5pm, overall it was a good and enjoyable experience. We would consider coming back to this resort in the future.

Our recent stay at Emerald Isle Resort was fabulous! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lakefront location. The resort amenities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool and beach area. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome and secure. The condo was clean and well-maintained, albeit a bit dated. The master bedroom had a jacuzzi and balcony, while the guest room had a shower/tub combo. The resort offered a wide range of activities, including basketball, tennis, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and ping pong. We had such a perfect family vacation and are already planning our next stay with our grandkids.

We had a fantastic time at Emerald Isle Resort! We informed the staff in advance that we would be arriving late, and they made the check-in process a breeze. The pool area was stunning, and we loved spending time in the gazebos. The "beach" was a great addition and we enjoyed paddle boating and exploring the tennis courts. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The Wi-Fi worked well and any issues with the TV remote were promptly resolved by the maintenance staff. The family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the helpful and friendly staff who gave us important information about the resort. The rooms and entire property were spotlessly clean, making us feel right at home. We were impressed by the abundance of basic paper and cleaning products in the rooms. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the area. The resort offered a variety of fun activities on-site, perfect for reunions and large groups. Highly recommended!
