The breakfast spread was absolutely satisfying, with a delicious variety of options to choose from. the homemade cookies were a delightful touch. the owners made us feel at home with their warm hospitality and genuine love for hosting guests.

The lack of privacy was a major issue, as we could hear everything happening in all areas of the house, which made us feel self-conscious and disrupted our plans. the hosts were friendly but overly inquisitive, leaving us less time to relax.

We had an amazing time at Engen Hus . The owners, Karen and Doug, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. They gave us great suggestions for dining and activities in the area. The breakfasts were delicious and the afternoon snacks were a nice touch. The history of the place, originally a log cabin, added to its charm. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Each day had a different theme, providing a unique dining experience. my stay at this hotel was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend it.
