Spent xmas here - got granolas, yogurt, oranges, and decaf coffee for a penny. Hotel well maintained, good location near spots.

Staff rude & incompetent, messed up reservation. No couch as promised for big fam, just got two chairs.

My recent stay at Extended Stay in Phoenix was for business and lasted a week. the hotel offers a simple breakfast with granolas, yogurt, oranges, and decaf coffee at just $0.01 per night. Despite ongoing construction, the property is well-maintained, and the coffee provided was excellent. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chandler! the location was perfect - close to everything I needed, including stores and amenities. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the mini stove which allowed me to cook my own meals. Lastly, having breakfast included was a great bonus, ensuring I started my day off right.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

The housekeepers did a great job of keeping the hotel clean. The room was comfortable and had cold air conditioning. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants.
