They were understanding and immediately helped resolve any issues that arose. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest for my child before continuing their long journey. The location was convenient and the staff, especially Alma, were polite and willing to assist. Although there were a few minor issues, such as a hanging electric fire alarm and a bathroom fan that needed to be replaced, these did not heavily impact my overall experience. Nonetheless, they are worth noting for improvement.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dried toothpaste in the sink and sticky residue in the fridge. the missing bar in the shower and duct tape covering a hole was not up to standard.
