The location of the hotel was great as it was surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, giving me plenty of options for dining and shopping. Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of having food and drink options available for purchase in the lobby area. It was handy to have a microwave to heat up snacks or meals whenever needed.

I found it inconvenient that I had to personally request basic amenities like Kleenex, toilet paper, and towels at the front desk. the cleanliness of the room was also lacking as I found bits of tissue on the bathroom floor upon check-in.

During our relaxing weekend getaway, the staff at Tru By Hilton was exceptionally friendly and approachable. They offered a delightful breakfast experience with a pancake oven that brought out the kid in us. the lobby featured cozy reading nooks and a convenient store area for snacks. the rooms, though cozy, were cleaned to perfection, with high water pressure in the shower adding to our comfort. the hotel's modern design, including hardwood vinyl floors and games for families, left a lasting impression.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and engaging, which made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was exceptional with a pancake oven that brought out the kid in us. We also enjoyed the small store-like area where we could charge snacks and drinks to our room. The lobby had a great family-friendly atmosphere with cozy reading nooks. The rooms were clean and had good water pressure, which is important to us. The vinyl floors were a nice touch and kept our feet clean. a fantastic experience.

My family stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining areas. The room was well-decorated, clean and equipped with good water pressure in the shower. The staff was so friendly and responsive to our needs. The lobby area had so many areas to relax, including reading nooks and a small store which was convenient for snacks and drinks. The breakfast made our mornings even better. Also, the hardwood floors made the room even more pristine. We highly recommend this hotel.
