I always stay here because it's perfect for me. the staff helped with directions on my first visit. It has 24/7 reception, a free shuttle, a fitness center, and a pool. the rooms have a TV, AC, and are smoke-free. I'll be back for Easter!

Our stay at the hotel was conveniently close to the Knoxville airport, with rental car returns just a quick 5-minute drive away. the breakfast offered was decent, with the only downside being the poor quality instant coffee. We appreciated the surprisingly quiet room and the spaciousness of the handicap accessible room we were given, even though we had booked a regular room. Despite the minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel overall.

I enjoyed the hotel's super close proximity to the airport, making transportation a breeze. the cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, being near the concert venue the Shed was a bonus for attending live events. Cons: Nothing it was perfect.
