Disorganized check-in procedures!!! A major alarm issue went unresolved for hours, ruining the stay!!! High noise levels from kids and plumbing issues made for sleepless nights!!! Poor communication regarding event management needed!!!

The room was impeccably clean and updated, and I loved that it didn’t smell like a smoke-filled casino! Showers were dreamy and beds super comfy—slept like a baby! Plus, who doesn't love a quiet room?

However, I did wonder if the cleaning staff just enjoys playing hide and seek with Pringles lids. A little less mystery in the bedding would be nice, thank you!

My stay at Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Rockaway was like finding a cozy couch in the middle of a crowded mall—totally unexpected yet delightful! The room was clean and updated, free from any unwanted 'souvenirs' left behind. I especially loved the spaciousness of my suite, complete with two TVs and a comfortable couch. It felt more like a home than a hotel. Plus, the staff was welcoming and gave fantastic dinner recommendations, making our dining choices much easier! The indoor pool was a hit with my grandchildren too, giving them a splash of joy during our visit.

My stay at Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Rockaway was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, updated, and didn’t smell like smoke, which I really appreciated. The shower was great, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which is always a big plus for me. Plus, I loved the added convenience of having a fridge. Overall, it felt very safe and was well-lit, making it a good haven for relaxation.

The only downside was that my back window overlooked a train and the highway, but it didn’t bother me too much.

Had a family reunion with 50 of us! ! The staff was just incredible—Jasmine went out of her way, offering us a different room when we had an issue with the A/C. They moved tables and chairs with such a good attitude! Pretty sure my mom and dad were impressed too!

Sure, it wasn’t dirt-cheap, but you know what? It was okay and worked out well for us.

the rooms were spotless and freshly renovated. staff was super friendly, and the indoor pool had a lovely relaxing vibe! enjoyed convenient amenities like dry cleaning and a tasty breakfast selection. the area had several parks and spots to explore too! 🏞️✨
