My family and I recently stayed at a hotel that perfectly met our needs for a comfortable and modern accommodation. The rooms were new and well-maintained, providing a clean and pleasant space for us to relax in. The lobby was beautifully designed and created a welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the large shower in the suite bathroom and the comfortable bed. The hotel also fulfilled our request for extra blankets, which were conveniently available in our room upon arrival.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They made sure that not only I was taken care of, but also my family, including my 4-year-old autistic son. The customer service was exceptional, and it made our stay drama-free and conflict-free. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was near a big shopping area and in a trendy and nice area. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel had great amenities like an indoor swimming pool and a pool table in the lobby. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come back to this area.

The location was convenient, with easy access to handicap parking. we had an excellent experience at this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Avon for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was elegant, clean, and well provided. Our double room was surprisingly spacious and had a separate sitting area. The amenities were impressive, including two flat screen TVs and a very nice bathroom. The indoor pool with heated water and jacuzzi were great, as was the fitness room. I also loved the outdoor fire pit with cozy sofas. The location was convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, especially for our family member who uses a wheelchair. They assigned us a room on the first floor near a secondary door with easy access to handicap parking. The building maintenance team quickly lowered the bed, which was initially too high for someone in a wheelchair. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the common spaces, were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, as it was near a shopping center and several nice restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to the airport, making our travel smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The restaurant and bar staff were helpful and sweet. The room itself was fabulous, with a large shower and comfortable bed.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room decor was lovely. The location of the hotel was also great, with shopping and fine dining options within walking distance.

The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, with a separate living room area. the two queen beds were a nice touch, providing more space and comfort. Additionally, the hotel had big open areas around the lobby and elevators, creating a spacious atmosphere. the availability of a guest laundry was also a nice touch, allowing guests to conveniently take care of their laundry needs.

There were some issues during my stay. the cooling system in the room didn't work well, which made it uncomfortable at times.
