Great value for money, professional and accommodating staff, upgraded room, well-kept lobby and grounds. The room had upgraded cooling and heating, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable king bed. The walls were well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful stay. The housekeeping staff was excellent, providing top-notch service. The buffet breakfast was nicely done, with a variety of options and friendly staff. The fitness room was clean and well-equipped. Free parking and convenient freeway access were also a plus.

The layout of the hotel, which resembles a motel, may not be to everyone's liking. The location is a bit secluded, requiring a longer drive to popular attractions. The exterior of the hotel was described as dirty and run down, in need of maintenance. Furthermore, some rooms facing the highway may experience noise issues. it is suitable for a quick overnight stay but may not be ideal for an extended visit.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn for an extended visit and was blown away by the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations and the hotel's location next to a shopping center with multiple dining options was incredibly convenient. I am already planning on returning to Fairfield Inn during my next trip to the area.

The Fairfield Inn Anaheim Hills Orange County exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the temperature in the room was perfect. The bath was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel's location was also great, close to transportation and the freeway, yet quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially in the Continental Breakfast room. The pool area was also a nice bonus.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The maid did exactly as I liked. The breakfast had a little of EVERYTHING and could feed 4-5 people. The hotel is only about a 20-minute drive from the event we were in town for and is adjacent to a large shopping area and several restaurants.
