We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! the staff really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great visit. the room was spacious and clean, and we loved that the pool area was well-kept and a great place to relax. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so we didn't have to go far for anything. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety; we could tell the staff takes pride in serving guests.

That the WiFi in our room was a bit spotty, but the reception staff did their best to help us out. It could have been due to heavy usage or the room location.

The Greenpoint offers newly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the pool is perfect, with beautiful furniture, and there are plenty of activities for kids. the breakfast is delicious and the staff is extremely attentive. Convenient location.

The guest room bathroom in the King "Environmentally Friendly" pool-facing room had a clinical feel to it, which was a bit off-putting.

During my business trip to Kissimmee, my director chose the Greenpoint Hotel as our accommodation. I had a fantastic stay and made the most of the hotel's amenities. I spent a relaxing day lounging on the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool, enjoying the beautiful weather. The pool was the perfect place to unwind after a long day, and I found myself taking a refreshing dip whenever I could. Additionally, the on-site fitness center was well-equipped, and I managed to break a sweat with a workout that left me feeling energized for the rest of the day. The gym's convenient opening hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM allowed me to fit in my exercise routine easily.

The breakfast staff members were exceptionally helpful, pleasant and friendly. the hotel offered affordable prices compared to other locations, which was a great advantage. the rooms were spacious enough for four people to share comfortably. the hotel's location was convenient, with several eateries within walking distance and a supermarket nearby.

there were minimal lights in the room, making it quite dark. the flooring in the room got dirty quickly, leaving the soles of our feet black.
