We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just over the PA/OH border. The location was great, as it was conveniently located along Rt. 80 east. The hotel facilities were excellent, with modern and clean rooms. Our room had a nice, cozy feel to it, with a comfortable king bed, a big centered TV, and a hidden fridge and microwave in a modern cabinet. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was spotless, and everything was well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was spot on.

As business travelers, we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and the clean, modern rooms. The comfortable beds and room temperature made for a restful stay. The hidden fridge and microwave were nice touches, and the large TV made for enjoyable downtime. The hotel's location in a competitive area was advantageous, and we loved the cheery and bright decor, which set it apart from other hotels.

The check-in experience could have been more personable, as the staff simply handed us our keys without asking if we needed anything. Additionally, we were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool was under construction, which was not communicated to us in advance.

I recently stayed at Fairfield in Austintown for a weekend getaway. The facility and reception area were clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food options. The grounds were well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Shirley and Kyle, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off I-80, making it extremely convenient for travelers like me. The hotel was bright and clean, and I loved the beautiful view from the patio off the breakfast room. The room itself was uniquely designed, with the bed in its own area, separate from the seating area. There were TVs in both spaces, and the pull-out couch was comfortable for my grandson. The bathroom was spacious and the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, even with a constantly ringing phone. Despite being full, we didn't hear any noise from other guests.

The hotel had a welcoming staff at check-in, despite being busy, and they were efficient in addressing guests' needs.
