The staff at Point A Hotel were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home during my stay. The room itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and well-designed. I particularly loved the smart TV, which worked perfectly. The bed was warm and comfortable, with big supportive pillows that allowed me to have a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing the Royal Concert Hall, which I was visiting. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the room was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I would have preferred to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but I understand that the design of the rooms doesn't allow for it.

The location was excellent, very close to the city center and conveniently near the bus station. We also appreciated the good continental breakfast, which offered a variety of cereals, fruits, and pastries.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the friendly and efficient staff who provided 24-hour service. the continental breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the city center and enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants.

There were a few aspects that detracted from our experience. the pillows provided were of low quality and quite uncomfortable.

We loved the convenient control panel for lights and AC, the comfortable and spacious bed, and the clever storage areas. The disco lights, fold-out tables, and hairdryer were great additions. The staff, especially Adam, provided excellent service and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location near shops, restaurants, and bus stops was ideal.

We felt privileged and had no reason to complain.

The New Year stay was okay, not great but okay. the complementary hot cocoa and biscuits were a kind gesture. the location was central and close to restaurants and public transportation. the bed was comfortable enough to get some rest after a night out.

The room was tiny and cramped, there was barely any space to move around. the noise insulation was poor, and we could hear people walking past our room all night.
