Unresponsive Front Desk , When requesting a late check, out due to a medical condition, the front desk staff was unaccommodating and rude, showing a lack of concern and customer service skills. Noisy A/C System , the A/C system in the room was old, fashioned and extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep or watch TV without being disturbed by the noise.
