I ordered a Bear-themed cake a week prior for my daughter's 21st birthday. They dropped the ball, failing to provide it. What was presented instead? A slapdash mess that sparked laughter rather than joy. Memorable, yes, but disappointing. Facilities need attention. Dated rooms, unpleasant odors, and underwhelming dining options. The outdoor pools and hot tubs? Empty. And cleanliness, especially in the shower, requires improvement. This place has potential. It just needs to fulfill its promises.

The garden furniture was a nice touch and provided a cozy spot to sit and take in the surroundings. The bathroom was well-equipped with a telephone and bathtub, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room came with cookware and kitchen utensils, which allowed us to prepare some simple meals during our stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition, although the parquet floor could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness. The housekeeping service did a good job of keeping the room clean, and we appreciated the room service option for some convenience. we did encounter some issues with the laundry service being a bit slow and the valet parking service not being as prompt as we would have liked. While the paid shuttle service was convenient for getting around, we felt that the welcome drink offered upon arrival was a nice gesture. We didn't have any pets with us, but we noticed that there were pet amenities available, which would be great for those traveling with furry companions. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the staff were helpful in planning our activities in the area. our stay at Tenaya had its ups and downs, with some aspects needing improvement. Despite the shortcomings, we were able to enjoy our time there and make the most of the amenities and services offered.

Location is awesome, super close to Yosemite. Rooms are comfy and clean, with nice decor. Loved the cozy fireplace and the great amenities like the coffee machine and refrigerator. The spa was amazing, especially the sauna and massage options. The on-site restaurant had delicious lobster bisque, and the gift shop staff were super helpful!

Fantastic base for exploring nearby natural wonders and attractions

I really enjoyed how close we were to incredible sights like the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, just a short 5-minute drive away, and the lovely trails like Guardians Loop and Big Tree, all around 4.5 km, perfect for our family strolls among the giant trees; plus, the hotel had an outdoor pool and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained! However, while the staff was helpful and friendly, the room privacy could use some improvement with its sliding doors.

The lodge near Yosemite had cozy cottages, with a big fireplace and phenomenal pool and spa facilities. They had a sweet indoor pool and hot tub, plus a games room for some fun. The only downside was the dining options, a bit overpriced and the queue was a bit long, but no big deal considering all the other awesome stuff to do. 🌲

Beautiful hotel, beautiful experience with a clean room and an excellent dinner that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The main lodge mixes modern decor with woodsy vibes. It feels like a fancy ski resort. I indulged in spa treatments inspired by nature, and the restaurant had a lavish breakfast spread.

I couldn't resist peeking at others in the bathroom through the flimsy barn door—a unique experience indeed! .
