They even helped us arrange transportation for our in-laws. the room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. the amenities, including the shampoo and conditioner, were of high quality. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Fairfield Inn to others.

The shuttle service that picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at the subway was a great money-saving option. The room was very nice and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the TV was huge. the hotel was conveniently located close to Steinway and LaGuardia, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the front desk person, Melinda, was very friendly and helpful.

One major disappointment was the non-existent breakfast that was advertised as included in the price. There was also no microwave or refrigerator in the room to store or heat up food.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The lobby and common areas were very nice and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, updated, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the room. The large flat-screen TV and ample storage space were also a plus. The hotel's continental breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including hot breakfast sandwiches, cereals, and waffles. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free shuttle service to and from the airport and local subway stop was very convenient, and we even had time to enjoy a wonderful lunch at a nearby Greek restaurant before catching the shuttle to the US Open.

Stayed here overnight to catch an early morning flight out of LaGuardia. The free shuttle service was prompt and convenient, taking me to the airport terminals within 10 minutes. The hotel staff was friendly and even arranged for the shuttle to pick me up from the Alamo rental car facility at no extra cost. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Although the complimentary breakfast had cold scrambled eggs, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying out of LaGuardia who needs a convenient and comfortable stay.
